Dr. Hidalgo is a good Pediatrician, Our kids liked him, however his staff is horrible, Annette From customer service and appointments will hang up the phone if she gets irritated, Manager Terry lacks of every possibly customer service skill. If you can accept those terms I guess Dr. Hidalgo will be a good choice., otherwise keep looking for a good overall Dr. Office.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, they made me feel very uncomfortable and stupid

No, but they're usually seen pretty quickly
