Why patients have to wait for more than 1 hour at waiting room to see a doctor for a pre-scheduled appointment? It happened on all my visits to see a pediatrics doctor for my kids at the Medical Surgical Center of Irving . Last visit was very bad, 30 mins at general waiting room and about 1 hr at visiting room while doctors/NP are moving around the hall with patients waiting for them in the rooms. Pediatricians in Lewisville always attend to their patients within 15 mins to the appointment. Medical Surgical Center of Irving needs to train their supportive staffs for appointment schedule to correct this poor time management skills.

The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
