I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. Though this was years ago, I never forgot what she told me of my child's test result from Children's Hospital. She said, "just because his result was negative, it doesn't mean nothing is wrong with him. It could be a false negative." It turns out years later he is narcoleptic. Thanks Dr. Powell!
