Dr. Fader is WONDERFUL; really, he is great, great, GREAT!! He talks to the kids and approaches them calmly and in a fun manner. He is very personable. His nursing staff is just as great. Unfortunately, his office staff is terribly rude! They do not like to explain things or have to look something up. They do not go out of their way to help the patients. We have considered switching doctors because of the staff, but Dr. Fader truly is great. You just have to get past the people in the front, which, by the way, is often at least an hour wait. But then again, Dr. Fader makes the wait worth it. :-)

Talk about RUDE Staff!!! Its such a shame that Dr. Fader is SOOO nice and his staff are HORRIBLE! Fire them all and get friendly staff. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. The restrooms were HORRIBLE!!!! No Toilet Paper and No soap and it was like the cleaning crew missed them for a week! The waiting room had TV's and toys. The toys were DIRTY and filthy! All things considered Dr. Fader is awesome and just needs new staff to run his business. They have actually made me consider switching because they are so rude!
