They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
