I love the doctor. My biggest complaint, however, is that almost every time I call, the line is busy because so many people are calling. Also, the lunch that goes from 12 or 12:30 to 1:45 is too long. Also, I've called with urgent cases over lunch, called medlink, and not gotten a response for over an hour. I'm actually writing this review now, while I am still waiting for a response.

Love Dr. Ramirez! They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It is a little bit of a drive for me to get to his office, but he is so good with my girls that it is definitely worth the trip.

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
