Their office was easy enough to locate. I didn't have too much trouble finding it. They are extremely reliable, and have rarely canceled any of my appointments since I began seeing her in 2000. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. They always treated me with the utmost respect, and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call. They always go out of their way to make me feel encouraged and cared for. I always feel completely comfortable and I look forward to my appointments. Helen Pankowsky is on the cutting edge, has lots of approaches to choose from, and is very good at getting under the surface to what is really the issue. After seeing many therapists in my lifetime, she is a real "find."
