HE ALWAYS FORGOT MY NAME, EVEN MY FACE! LOST MY FILES REPEATEDLY. OVER DOSED MY ANXIETY AND THE WORST WITHDRAWALS BECAUSE I COULDNT GET IN TOUCH WITH THE OFFICE FOR MY FOLLOW-UP!

No one ever answers the phone and there is no answering services.
Is horrible about having the wrong clients file.
Talks about himself only.
Very forgetful.
The help is horrible and the turn over rate is crazy!!
Has given wrong meds before.
