I quit seeing this psychiatrist after hearing rumors about how he treated a few of his previous patients. I am confident the source was credible , but more convincing was my ability to trust my inner vibes and allow myself to ask others when in doubt. My instincts were right! I've ended up going back to re-visit previously interviewed therapists. I've been seeing one of those and feel very good about my choice and the work we are doing.

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

This is a great doctor. He really cares about me, and a couple of times even called me to check on me. I never had a doctor do that before! Dr Brener is really smart, and he figured out a problem I was having wasn't just in my head as I was told - and helped me get a doctor who gave med the hormones I needed to feel better. I admire a doctor who will send you to another doctor when things don't seem right.
He is always cheerful and has a great personality. Highly recommend.

Dr. Brener is caring, compassionate, and totally professional. He doesn't get tired of my problems, even when I talk about the same thing over and over in order to work things through. He is the best psychiatrist I've ever seen, bar none. I think he is one of the most intelligent, helpful doctors I have ever met.

Not Really

Definitely not. I feel worse than I did before I started

Somewhat, it didn't smell very good

Yes
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Dr Brener is completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that he'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. He never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. He always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
Would you refer this provider to a family or friend?
No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
