They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I was very disappointed.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

Dr. Spooner is the first GYN that has made me feel comfortable with every question I ask. She is phenomenal at explaining side effects, symptoms, etc. for anything and everything. She is so friendly too! I don't mind going to the GYN now. She's fabulous!
