Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. The equipment seems pretty standard however it wouldn't hurt to upgrade it. I'm sure there's been advancements in technology from when this equipment was put in. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week.
Also her cell phone rang several times throughout my appointment and she would step out and take the call and I could hear her out my door hackling. She also has canceled a couple of my appointments due to god knows what reason.. her staff called me only several minutes before my appointment when I was already on my way there and had taken off from work that day... And once I had heard her talking bad about one of her patients after they had just left calling them mental and asking the staff not to schedule her again.. How do I not know she does not talk crap about me when I leave?? One time I had to cancel because my child was sick and they charged me a $25 cancellation fee like I can determine when my child is sick... Which was the last straw.... DO NOT TAKE YOURSELF OR ANYONE YOU KNOW TO THIS DOCTOR!!! HED my WARNING!!! She will probably talk about you once you leave...

Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
