Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Althea Alexis, MD, and her nurse were able to provide me excellent prenatal care throughout my pregnancy with my first child. Their office was well organized and clean. I was confident that I was under the care of a caring, competent medical professional with good bedside manner.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
