They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

Dr. Alexis has been my OBGYN since I found out I was pregnant with my son in 2008. I was very happy with the care I received during that first pregnancy and I now that I am pregnant with my second, I know that I am in good hands. Dr. Alexis always takes time to answer all of my questions and never tries to rush through a visit. She is competent and capable, but also very personable which for me was an important factor in choosing her as my OB. Her nursing staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Alexis to other women.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster.
