John (Jack) Wissinger is the finest neurosurgeon I have ever worked with. He identified a foot drop I had been dealing with for years just by observing my stride in the Operating Room where I was working as an O. R. Nurse. After retiring as an Army Nurse, and after years of pain undiagnosed bu the military. Dr. Wissinger offered to run some additional diagnostics. This allowed him to make a firm diagnosis and a treatment plan. After surgery and a relatively short recovery, I 2as able to return to work pain free. After. 40 years as a perioperative nurse, I can honestly describe him as the finest Neurosurgeon and one of best men I have the privilege to have known. His personal integrity and professional commitment is singular in my experience.
