Awesome physician. I'm 68 yrs. young...He treated my Sciatic Nerve problem with professional care and I was truly satisfied as I had been seeing pain mgmt. physicians who wanted to do spine injections (had several) they didn't last long..I was down for daysd...results weren't all that good!!

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. dr hart is disrespectful if hes wrong and you comfront him he will lie and make up storys about your character
