Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

There's something fishy going on in that office. The insurance company has billed me at least twice for services that they did not render. I finally decided to stop seeing her after she wrote me a prescription for ambien I did not ask for, even though I went in for just a routine checkup. I ended filling out this prescription (ambien) thinking it was my regular prescription she normally gave me, from the pharmacy and basically ended up driving around half asleep during the day!!! I found out after two weeks by accident when I was thinking of calling the pharmacy to orderi by phone. That was scary! I called their office and told her & her assistant off and never went back. If there's ever a lawsuit, contact me. I think there's some insurance fraud going on there. That might explain why she's always the one handling most of the patient's patient paperwork. Probably to cover up her tracks.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
