I've been going to Dr Garton for 7 or 8 years. She's a great doctor and has a relaxing personality. Last time I went in to see her I heard her coming down the hall singing Adele at full volume :D
She always listens to what I have to say and has helped me save money by explaining to me why one medication was better financially (because she was aware I was unemployed at the time.)
I hope she NEVER retires because I doubt I'll find another doctor I like this much!

I started going to this office because of how close it is to where I live. Dr. Garton is no longer at this office and it has gone downhill from that time. I noticed that when Dr. Garton left the front office was revamped so some type of sweeping change occured and it wasn't all for the better.

I took my kid into the initial room for the basics of temperature, weight, height, etc. The scale wasn't working and the employee referred to it and said "it was jacked" to describe it not working. This again after Dr. Garton left.

When Dr. Garton left it took a few weeks to get in prescription pads so I wan't able to leave with a piece of paper to give a pharmacy and had to rely on the office calling in the prescription. There were multiple occassions where it took 2 days after the visit to get it called in. I also had multiple instances where I had to call to check on the status of it getting called in and it just really seemed unnecessary and unprofessional.

They accept walk-ins so I will probably go there for how close they are on a Monday through Friday immiediate need, otherwise I am certainly finding another family doctor.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find.

DR Garton was great. The office manager TED was horrible. He bad mouthed everyone in the office while patients were around. He was the most unprofessional persone I have ever seen. I hate that DR Garton does not have a practive at this time but I am glad she is away from HIM.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I can't believe Dr. Garton is no longer here! If anyone knows where she is please post it here! She is the best doctor ever!
