Dr. Carpenter and his staff are very kind and professional. They are warm and caring. Dr. Carpenter always cares about his patience and makes you feel like family. I always have a good experience every time I have an appointment there. I know they strongly adhere to the patient comes first. I love Dr. Carpenter. I am proud to have him as my Dr. for the last 23 years he has taken good care of me.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I have been a paitent here for five years and for the last year every time I have booked an appointment with a certain doctor that I like. But it seems that the last few times I have been there I have had to wait multiple hours and then see a different doctor that I didn't even want to see in the first place. But I was offered the option of wait another hour or see the different doctor which didn't help at all. Took the other doctor then had another patient who got there over and hour after me and got them in to see the doctor I wanted to see before I made it back to my room. I found this caniving and felt extremely dissatisfied with my experience. Would recommend this office to anyone? In the past yes but over the years I guess ive just become a number so.....no I would not recommend this office and I will never go back again.
