Went to South Texas Gastroenterology for colitis treatment (saw Dr. Cardenas). I was not satisfied as my appointment time and location were changed on two separate occasions. I also asked for a prescription refill via Walgreens and never got feedback. I contacted the office twice to get the refill and the second time they told me that I needed to make an appointment. They failed to notify me of this fact earlier over the two month period that I waited. I decided to make the appointment but the next one was a month away. I went ahead and canceled and found another GI specialist with a next day appointment.

They had the most friendly attitude, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. I really appreciated the warm welcome. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
