They do a good job, they arent very personable.. which i dont like in a dr.. ar dr should make you feel comfortable if it werent for my medical background and knowing if i dont tell this person whats wrong it wont get fixed, me being shy, i would NOT have been comfortable talking to them. I have never seen Dr rush or his wife aside from walking through the back.. i dont even know the drs name who worked on me. they gave my husband a home remedy to treat a problem hes had since he was a child and told him to try it for a month then come back if the problem persists. still have not given him anything else. ANNDD they want us both to come back pay the 20$ copay, just to hear our blood work that we got done because they dont do it over the phone.. just another way to get an extra 20$. i will not go back there unless i absolutely have to. i do not recommend this place to anyone who wants to be treated as a patient, instead of a number.

They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.
