I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Does this provider treat every client equally?
Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients
Was this family doctor's staff friendly?
No, they were rude
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No, but they said they were going to!

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

No, they didn't even attempt to explain
Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Absolutely not, the office was disgusting
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
Yes, it was downright irritating!
Did this provider listen to your input and concerns?
Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Not at all, its out in the boondocks

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything
