The staff here could have been a lot more friendly, considering this is a family doctor. I did not feel very welcome. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. We waited at the office for hour and half before Dr. saw us. The appointment was at 9:15am and we did not leave the office until 1:30pm. When asked the receptionist, she told us that the Dr. likes to take her time with patients, but when she saw us, she didnot spend more than 15minutes. Staff was rude, there were no apologies, nore regret the fact that they make their patient for hours before seeing them. It looked more like assembly line at the Dr.'s office.
