They made sure every single question I had was answered, though hard to get ahold of when you're trying to call in. Be prepared to be on hold for awhile. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit because of Dr. Horn. It was pretty hard to find the building as there is alot of construction in the surrounding area, but I eventually found it. I will certainly return to visit Dr. Horn.

The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either.
