I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Dr. Sterling looks at the whole body. If you come in for depression, he asks you about your academics, goals, work place, exercise schedule, social foundation, eating habits, etc. I love that he utilizes many OTC supplements in conjunction with minimal medications. Very pleased.
