Horrible experience. When I first got there the lady behind the desk ignored me and then finally looked at me and gave me a scowl and said she'd be with me in a min. Then told me she couldn't help me and I had to stand in the other line. All I was trying to do was let them know I was there for my appt.

The staff was rude and I waited about 40mins from the time I got there for the nurse to finally call my name and then tell me "The doctor wants to know if he can reschedule because he is about to leave." Seriously!? I made an appointment and waited in the lobby just to have you ask me if I can reschedule because the doctor wants to go home before their closing hours? That's bad business.
