I was very pleased with my visit to Dr. Henry's office. I waited just under 10 minutes, this included completing new patient paperwork. Dr. Henry provided me with a detailed, comprehensive examination. She took the time to explain my skin condition and the course of treatment we would be taking. She also explained the medications she wanted me to take. I was equally impressed with her office staff. They were professional and cheerful. I was not disappointed in any way. Dr. Henry and her staff are awesome. I will be referring her services to my family, friends and associates.

Staff is horrible. Brenda the office manager is hardheaded, rude, and incompetent. Told her my bill was paid by insurance and she insisted it wasn't. I showed her the printout and she still would not listen. My insurance company had to tell her twice that the bill was paid and the office had cashed the checks. I had to pay again just to get out of there. When I finally continued to fight this over several months I finnally got my refund. No note say sorry our mistake. When my wife first called the office when we were away in Calif. about a rash she had contacted, the nurse was more concerned about paying our bill than my wife's condition. Brenda is nothing but an old crow that needs to leave and not deal with customers at all even at Walmart!

Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. i would never come back again.

First of all, let me say, that if you need your hand held and a feel good doctor, Dr Henry probably isn't for you. If you want a doctor who knows what they are doing and is very competent, than Dr Henry is your go to. I've had doctors who were extremely nice; but incompetent. Then I've had doctors who aren't outgoing personalities, but know their stuff. Occasionally, you get both nice and good. When faced with the either or, I'll take competence any day of the week. I don't think Dr Henry is mean or rude, just not an outgoing personality and some may take that as rude. She is also factual, which can come off as blunt. I'm fine with this, I want in and out while receiving excellent care.
