My 79 year old mother and father went to see Dr Kraus after calling for a week trying for a week to get in to get my father seen for an ongoing croupy cough. Dr Kraus told my mother that there was nothing he could do for them and my father was going to cough for three weeks regardless of what he gave him. Dr Kraus was rude and curt. There was no need for him to treat my elderly parents like this. You can disagree with your patients, but there is no need to be disagreeable. Hopefully, my father can find another doctor who has patience with elderly patients. Dr Kraus obviously is too busy to be bothered with sick folks.
