I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Somewhat, they eventually called me back

No, I left with more problems than I came with!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

WARNING to any and all who are seeking a physician. Please be aware of this particular physician. I have experienced alot in my life time, but never have i ever met someone that was this rude. This doctor has no personality, no bedside manner whatsoever! My wife and I was patients of Dr. Wood, but as of September 2009, we have both fired him as our pcp. He is certainly the most uncaring doctor i have ever met. My wife was so upset after a visit with this man. He told her that our financial situation was no concern of his, after she explained to him that we can not afford to come to doc appts every 2-4 weeks paying a $35. copay each time & him continuing to change our meds each time. I had recently lost my job & my wife had just started a 2nd job to keep our family afloat. She asked for samples and he told her that it was not his job to provide & keep us supplied with medication. Dr. Wood also told my wife that if she missed anymore appt. that he would dismiss her from the practice. She tried to change to another physician in the Beacon practice but with no success she was not able. We are convinced that he had something to do with this. Dr. wood is the most horrible person we know & his teeth are just as bad as his attitude!
