Mole was removed. He did not have a biopsy done which was imperative. Less than a year later the patient was diagnosed at Ingram Cancer with melanoma. Many attempts were made by the family to obtain the patient's records, when finally received, they were incomplete. Do not put your care into this physician's hands.
