I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were friendly and made me feel at home. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
