Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
