Dr. Franz is very skilled at lining his pockets. He takes advantage of insurance providers and elderly patients, often misdiagnoses conditions, and resorts to the costliest most invasive procedures, often unnecessarily. If I could afford a lawyer, he would be sued for multiple instances of malpractice!
