They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They thoroughly explained both the procedure and the recovery process to me. All of my questions were answered and I felt totally prepared for everything. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I didn't experience complications after my surgery. I recovered quickly and had a great experience. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I could tell that all the staff and nurses really enjoyed working there. They must have a really good boss. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
