Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, excellent at communicating medical terminology in lay terms. The best gynecologist I have ever had. Especially helpful for women of menopausal age and beyond, her specialty. I trust her ability to find what is wrong, explain and fix it, including a referral to an excellent specialist if needed.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional.
