DR.TYLER WAS SURGEON THAT PREFORMED MY NECK SURGERY SOME 11-12 YEARS AGO. I HAD 2 VERTEBRAE IN MY NECK REPLACED WITH CADAVER BONES AN WAS BACK TO WORK FULL TIME 6 DAYS LATER. NEVER HAD A BIT OF PAIN AN THE SCAR IS BARELY NOTICEABLE.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

I arrived 15 minutes before scheduled. I was kept in the waiting room for 3 hours after my appointment. Dr. Tyler seems exceedingly qualified. He wanted me to get another opinion for a different type of surgical procedure.. Now I have found out the transcriptions have not translated his notes < I have a cancerous brain tumor, so that he cannot email the do the consult. I cannot have a consult with the other Dr. because he is going out ot town. Each day my tumor grows and bleeds cancer cells into my brain. Yet, I cannot get treated because of notes not being transcribed or surgeons not working. Dr. Tyler I need surgery not the 5.5 hour wait in your office and the run around. Is my life not worth something
