I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to see Dr. Peter Pizzarello. He had an incredibly poor bedside manner.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

He was great! Very professional, always on time (relatively speaking, considering what doctors schedules look like). He took every measure to try to avoid having to do surgery, instead of rushing into it like some other doctors I visited suggested. Was also an excellent surgeon and surrounded himself with a pleasant surgical team. The only complaint I had was that the hospital staff where he and his team do surgeries did not act nearly as professional as Dr. Pizzarello and his team. Overall, A+!
