I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.


I have never received a call as to my lab studies results, even thought, I was told I would. When I have called for results, I was either dismissed or informed that I would receive a call, NEVER to be called. Needs more organization, and staff that follows through.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. In the staff, several incidents of not getting paper work, hard to get through line always busy, although the NP was very good I never saw or met Dr Wilson
