This practice took over my Doctor's patients when he retired. I was placed with a PA. She was friendly and listened to what I had to say. However, I was told half way through my almost 40 minute appointment that it was a meet and greet only and I would have to reschedule for the actual physical. This was disappointing considering when I made the appointment I explained I was overdue for my yearly physical. I was less than 10 minutes late the day of my second appointment and they told me I would have to reschedule. I was not happy at all with that. If a Doctor's office expects their patients to be flexible and patient than they should be as well. I expected to wait a little longer, mabey they took a patient early but not a complete reschedule for less than 10 minutes! Now they want to charge my $15.00 for my lab results. Needless to say, I am not going back and my new Doctor's office will just request the lab results. Poor office management.

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.
