The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left

No, and they don't make an effort to even try

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They charge 27 dollars for records. 0

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They answered all of my questions during the appointment. I was glad to get some useful information.
