Deleted my computer generated review to make this one. I think Dr Louton is awesome. He answered all of my questions about Botox, his nursing staff reviewed all of my aftercare instructions and I knew exactly what the plan was for treatment. My treatment was fast, and I was given all sorts of rebates that saved me money the next time around. I have been a patient for 4 years and I will never go anywhere else.

Although his staff was very friendly and professional, he was extremely arrogant, impersonal, and judgmental. I felt he did not take me seriously, therefore I was wasting his time in which just as the other reviewer stated he spent less than five minutes with me. My consultation was done mainly by the nurse even though I paid the consultation fee and I felt as though he didn't care whether or not I got the procedure done. I left his office feeling very disappointed as well as distraught and I would not recommend him...

Dr. Louton spent all of five minutes with me before my tummy tuck, and tightened my skin so much that I suffered from significant necrosis. His idea to treat the necrosis was to do nothing but cover it with antibiotic ointment. Despite my worries about infection and healing, he continued to say it was 'nothing', a 'small bump' in my recovery, and my worries were groundless. When I couldn't go back to work and was in a great deal of pain, he claimed I only had 'discomfort', not 'pain', and at 4 weeks I should be doing all my regular daily activities. Consulting with three OTHER plastic surgeons gave me a unanimous opinion that the wound should be treated at once, not left to heal on its own. He was abrupt with me, implied that I was needlessly worried and exaggerating my pain, and scoffed at other treatment options. He stated I would be thanking him in six months for such a 'killer' result, even though I repeatedly stated my unhappiness with the outcome. I would never recommend him to anyone.
