Dr. Sobol is rude, sarcastic and disrespectful. He become very short tempered with me during a routine eye exam and I am a returning patient. He accused me of arguing with him when I was trying to ask him questions. He actually dismissed me and said I could get contacts and glasses anywhere (and believe me it will be anywhere but from him). So I left there with an incomplete eye exam, a very brief mention of a small cataract (hence the questions), no glasses or contacts and now must find another doctor and make another appointment. The worst part for me is that I am too nice and polite to tell him what I thought of him, but I will now: He needs a psychiatric exam and counseling. Stay clear....

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
