They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
