Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

They are by far one of the best in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I have been a patient for 18 years and will not have any other doctor touch my eyes. I had his surgery on both cataracts and no pain, or problems. Great vision following. They always make an extra effort to make you feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern. They would never suggest buying something that wasn't necessary, and never pressure you. They are always very considerate and professional. Their office waiting area is comfortable and inviting and usually a short wait. If I could here, I'd give this doctor 10 stars. He's the best.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
