They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They tried to make the waiting room kid-friendly with a few toys and magazines, but they didn't really have anything my kids were interested in. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their staff is very friendly and professional. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart.

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted
Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations?
All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

No. I still haven't talked to them.
