I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment quickly and not have to wait weeks, or months, to be seen. They have never had to reschedule an appt. either. In fact, Dr. Chidester saw me in his office after operating room procedures one day because I was going on vacation and my knee was filled with fluid. No other doc would do that!

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was very satisfied with my visit. I felt that Dr. Chidester was not aggressive about treatment possibilities, but neither did I feel that he was ignoring my pain or discomfort. I feel as though I will have an ally in helping me recover from my injury.
