They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family.
