I went there for my last 3 yearly exams and was NOT comfortable at all going there. First visit, I was SORE for the next few days after. Second visit, I told the PA who did my exam I had a supracervical hysterectomy and she still kept looking for my uterus (which is obviously not there) again I was SORE for days after. Third visit the nurse who was doing the beginning of visit going over my chart stepped out of the room for a moment and came back in and started reading someone else's chart (asking me if I was still on this medicine and that medicine)! For me the third time was the charm (NOT). I will never go back there!

Dr. O and my midwife Sue were wonderful. They made sure every single question I had was answered and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. However, it was nearly impossible to get in touch with the doctor/nurse since the phone lines were not answered 95% of the time. It was VERY frustrating to call the office continuously for 2 days straight to get my lab results and get their "triage line" --answering machine at least 19 out 20 times (and this was between 8am-5pm M-F). I am a health professional myself so I can understand that things can get hectic at the office. But to be UNable to get a hold of someone during an emergency is absolutely unacceptable, especially during normal office hours. They refused to give out their office hours when asked, and cannot be found anywhere on their website nor given when called the office number. Their front desk staff was not friendly at all, and somewhat RUDE. I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met only when I could finally get a hold of the doctor/midwife.
I would give 4 stars for the doctors and clinical staff, but 0.5 star for the front desk staff. So if you could get through the phone line and pass through the rude front desk then everything/everyone else is great and very accommodating.

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
