It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Couldn't be less enthused about this office...the staff is incredibly rude, and unattentive. I would never go back and nor should you.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
