I was in the office for a new patient visit for a total of 6 mins, not including wait time. I was sent a bill of $139.00. I've never been to a doctors office that did not offer a complimentary new patient visit. Especially one where we just merely introduced ourselves and that's all. Not worth a second visit and new surprise bill.

The doctor was very friendly, and made me feel welcome. I really appreciated their outgoing attitude. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

No, they were very calm and understanding
