They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was told that 3:30 was the latest appointment I could have for my daughter. I left work at 3:00 to get there on time to only find a packed waiting room with people complaining. We did not get called back till 4:42. Can't someone call to say they are running this far behind? My daughter had work at 5:00 and now was going to get written up. The Dr. Completely ignored me when he came in and only spoke short responses to my daughter and never once apologized for being late. Dr Carslson was rude and crass and even said my daughters issues with her stomach are mental issues. Nice Huh?

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I have already given them multiple good recommendations to my loved ones. If anyone was in need of a gastroenterologist, I would totally direct them here. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

This doctor is extremely poor - his manner is offensive and he has misdiagnosed crohn's disease and needlessly exposed my husband to a steroid for 2 years, which in itself caused many more physical problems.Finally we went to get a 2nd opinion and there was NO crohn's disease after a myriad of repeated tests. This whole situation is unacceptable. I only hope I can spare someone the grief we went through by letting people know how bad a professional he is. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR - HE IS BAD NEWS!!!!
